Missing Boot Found on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie

Share this story so we can get this boot is old work boot back to its sole mate. It's a slow news day but this thing has been in the same spot for two days now.

People lose things all of the time. People lose their glasses, phone or even random little things frequently. I'm guilty of it as well. I recently lost my wallet at the Poughkeepsie Galleria. Losing one of your most personal belongings is one of the worst feelings in thee world. Thankfully it was returned by a good Samaritan.

There are good people still out there. I was lucky to get my wallet back so I'm thinking I should pay it forward. I would love to get this boot back to its owner. It is the plaza near AT&T and Vitamin Shoppe across from the Poughkeepsie Galleria on Route 9. It has been there for two days and I'm sure it is missed by now. I worry because it might be extremely difficult for this person to trace their steps without shoes on. The pavement might be a little too hot.

How does someone lose a shoe? Aren't you wearing them? There's nothing more unsettling than a random shoe in the road. I came back the next day and it was still here. How do we get this boot back home to its rightful owner? Lets make a miracle happen and reunite this shoe to its owner.
