Vape-ers! Thought that there wasn't going to be a way for the vape industry to get back at the State of New York? Think again. There are three vape groups that are now suing New York State. The three groups are, The Vapor Technology Association (VTA), Benevolent e-Liquids, Inc., a New York manufacturer, and Perfection Vapes, Inc., a New York retailer.

They are suing the New York State Department of Health and seeking an injunction as well as a repeal of the ban of flavored vaping liquids.

According to a press release, Tony Abboud, Executive Director of the Vapor Technology Association had this to say about the what he feels NY is ignoring about the products that are causing the potential health issues and the ban on flavored vape liquids:

"this action completely ignores the fact that the New York State Department of Health has found that the overwhelming majority of the illnesses it is investigating are directly tied to black market THC products"

Are you a someone who vapes and thinks that this ban on the flavored e-liquids is silly? Or do you think it is about time that New York put its foot down and they are doing this for the good of all citizens.

Let's discuss.
