So you have been hearing many things about beer dinners happening through out the Hudson Valley, but what about a Whiskey Dinner? Is that more up your alley?

This Whiskey Dinner will be taking place on Sunday April 2, 2017, 5pm at Henry's at the Farm, Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa in Milton, NY. The dinner will feature a 4 course meal along with whiskeys from Hillrock Distilling in Ancram, cocktails made using Hillrock products and select wines.

The Executive Chef, Gary Lucato, at Henry's will provide information on and introduce each course. Representatives from Hillrock Distillery will also be there talking about how they make each one of their unique hand crafted spirits, along with being available to answer any questions about the distilling process.

Reservations need to be made in advance, to do so you can call Henry's at 845-795-1500. Cost is $68 per person plus 8% tax and 18% gratuity.
