Who's Smarter, Jersey or New York?

Is an Empire state of mind a little bit brighter than minds in other states across America?

One east coast state was just ranked the smartest state in the country? Which one do you think reigns supreme?

New Yorker's ooze a certain level of arrogance. That's not an insult it's almost a fact. No, I can't scientifically prove it but all you have to do is have a conversation with one of us. It's justified since everything in New York is typically so much better than everywhere else.

We might think we know more but do we actually know more?

According to Safe Home, I'm sad to report that New Jersey landed on the number one spot for smartest states. Where did New York land? We're the 32nd smartest state according to test scores and academic achievements.
