We've been fortunate to have a ton of killer performances at WRRV Sessions over the years. This month we're taking a look back and catching up with old friends in The Racer. In August of 2015, they were among the first to perform at our monthly live music series, WRRV Sessions, and have continued to evolve as a band since then.

The Racer is an indie band from the Hudson Valley consisting of Pete Marotta (vocals, keys), Mike Esserman (guitar, keys), and Eric Sosler (bass, keys). They've traveled the country playing places like SXSW, Summerfest, and the legendary Whiskey A-Go-Go. They've played with Matt & Kim, Spill Canvas and Collective Soul and had a number shows postponed/canceled due to the pandemic.
