We have been talking about Norwegian Air (NA) coming to Stewart International Airport in Newburgh for a few months. We have posted about NA hiring flight attendants, to be based at Stewart and this week, we posted about the FAA approving the airline being able to fly in and out of Stewart (airport code SWF).

However, here is the info that we have been waiting for, how much are the flights going to be and when can we actually fly somewhere?

Well, here you go. I got an email today from Norwegian Air, with introductory fares starting at $65 each way to four cities in Europe. Introductory really means these fares are only available for a short short, really short time. If you can take advantage of the dates that seem to be a bit precarious unless you are able to stay there for 10 to 14 days. There are a few of the low low priced fares available, my suggestion, if you even think that you are going to want to take one of these flights, book it. If you want a fare with a bit more flexibility, there are a few fares in the $135-$185 price range each way, which still could put your round trip to and from Belfast at under $300, with a checked bag, an actual seat and complimentary food on the flight. Also, keep in mind that you will not be paying to park long-term at one of the NYC airports or hiring a car service.

What do you think? Will you try it? Will you check it out? Don't have a passport? Get on that now.
