Many businesses have been getting creative with curbside and parking lot service and one Hudson Valley church is taking the 'service' part literally.

The lord is throwing a party in the parking lot and everyone is welcome to drive up and worship.

With many of our regular routines being altered for weeks we've all learned how it can leave a toll both mentally and physically but what about spiritually? Many Hudson Valley residents miss going to a location to worship once or even multiple times a week. One church here in the Hudson Valley is looking to fill that void with a very unique experience.

Earlier in the week, Valley Christian Church announced that while their doors may be closed temporarily they will be hosting a drive-in worship on Saturday, May 23 at 6pm out of the parking lot of their Hopewell location. You can enjoy the service right from the comfort of your vehicle.

"We just wanted to give an opportunity for people to gather together following social distancing guidelines, and enjoying worship together." - Greg Williamson, Lead Pastor

Flores Food Truck will also be there serving as well because what drive-in would be complete without concessions?

Valley Christian Church is located at 1072 NY-82, Hopewell Junction.
