Could This Hudson Valley Home Double as an Amusement Park? It’ll Cost You $6.25M to Find Out
So every once in awhile, I find myself looking for unique homes in the Hudson Valley that are for sale, you know, just in case I win the lottery. Here is one home that had me doing a double take.
Looking at just the main photo, I could not tell if it was a home, a commercial building or a House of Blues. Upon further investigation, I found it to be a 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, 3361 square foot home located in Wingdale.
According to the listing the home is called Hammersley Ridge and it was built in 2014. The listing price also includes 70 acres of land. The house apparently has been built to blend in with its surroundings. The home is heated by radiant floor heating and features modern appliances. Some bonus features include a sleeping porch off the master bedroom, a library and a wine cellar.
The exterior might not be for everyone, but the interior finishes are all built to be low maintenance and to blend in with the natural surroundings.
