New York Crowned Food Capital and It’s Not For Pizza
I never would have known how much us New Yorker's love a big plate of General Tso's Chicken.
In the melting pot that is America, Chinese takeout food has almost become as American as the hamburger and the hot dog. Just how much do New York residents love fried rice, lo mein and egg drop soup? Apparently, they love them so much that New York has become the hub for Chinese restaurants in the United States.
According to Medium, New York City alone is the Chinese Food Capital in the United States of America.
What is the best Chinese Restaurant in the Hudson Valley? There are at least 19 here in the area. There are over 300 Chinese restaurants reported in the entire NYC are. Though a lot of these establishments are combined with Japanese sushi shop they still almost surpassed Italian eateries in the city.
