Poughkeepsie Galleria Offers Unique Way to Celebrate Hudson Valley Graduates
It's a very exciting time of year here, with college graduations behind us, all of the attention is now on our Hudson Valley high-schoolers who have a LOT going on. Making their final college decisions last month, proms are happening across the area, and pretty soon, cap and gown time.

There's plenty of ways to make sure your grad feels celebrated, but I think this one that we'll highlight below is a top-notch pick for your senior, especially if you think they would enjoy the spotlight.
#CollegeBound
There's always been fun and creative ways to both announce and celebrate this milestone achievement, as yes, graduation is a pretty big deal. Back (in my day) when I graduated from John Jay High School, I remember my parents putting an ad in the Poughkeepsie Journal with my senior photo announcing that I would be attending SUNY New Paltz to pursue broadcasting (and yes I was mortified).

These days, there's Instagram accounts dedicated to announcing high school graduates 'commits' - aka - where the student has selected to go to college. Along with that, plenty of our local high schools also have a digital display outside the school scrolling student names with their college choices complete with corresponding school colors.

The Poughkeepsie Galleria Wants to Celebrate Your Graduate
I feel like the options expanded even more we during those Covid graduation days, as families turned to decorating their front lawns with signs from the school, or even hiring a company to deck out the front yard for the grad.
How about this way to show how proud you are of your student; why not consider putting your graduate on one of the digital displays in the Poughkeepsie Galleria?
Between June 20th and June 30th, the team at the Galleria will be displaying the name, photo and school information for those that submit through this simple google form.
There is no cost associated with displaying your graduate through the Galleria's digital display, but be sure to get your submissions in ASAP to give them their well-deserved time in the Poughkeepsie Galleria center spotlight.
