Record Store Day Surprises For Black Friday
Record Store Day happens two times per year, once in April and then again on Black Friday. Each Record Store Day, there are limited edition recordings (more often than not, vinyl) that are released to independant record stores across the United States.
Of course the items that are released are extremely limited, but the cool part is that these items get you back intouch with your neighborhood record store, not just the big online company.
There are a few items that are going to be released on Friday November 23, 2018 that you might want to chek out. Of course the full list is here at RecordStoreDay.com, but here are a few highlights:
- U2, Hold Me, Thrill Me Kiss Me, Kill Me, 12 inch vinyl
- Type O Negative, 2 releases
- Stone Temple Pilots, Live 2018 Vinyl
- Stone Sour, Vinyl
- Toad The Wet Sprocket, Mulit Album Set
What release are you most looking forward to for Record Store Day? Do you purchase new music online or from an actual record store?
