This Girl Has A Problem With Pants

We all remember prom. You may have loved it, you may have hated it, but either way, it's a weird, awkward experience involving picture-posing, wearing uncomfortable clothes, and figuring out what the hell a corsage is.

But for a young lady in North Carolina, it ended up being about something else entirely: pants.

Yup, pants.

Specifically, her choice to wear pants instead of a dress to her high school's prom. A teacher didn't appreciate her outfit and asked her to leave. For wearing pants. Take a look at the outfit here.

Half of me feels for this girl and how embarrassing this must have been. The other half wishes I had someone come along and tell me at 17 that history would not be kind to my clothing choices within even 5 years.
