Five Ways The Hudson Valley Celebrated The New York Knicks
Blue and orange fever continues to build across the Hudson Valley, New York State, and 'Knicks nation' after the New York Knickerbockers brought home their first championship in 53 years on Saturday night.
We may not be in the heart of The Big Apple for all of the celebrations and festivities, but, the Hudson Valley definitely went all-in to show their support of the Knicks road to the championship.

Blue & Orange Everything
In the days leading up to games four and five, plenty of Hudson Valley-based businesses took team sprit to heart, and to social media.
Rossi's in Poughkeepsie (yes the signature sandwich spot that is a must visit if you're in the area) went all in on the rainbow cookie in honor of the NBA Playoffs, creating a NYK themed cookie a few weeks back. A few posts popped up on my Instagram feed over the weekend from excited Knicks fans who had to get their hands on a celebratory Knicks rainbow cookie for the occasion.
Similarly, East Fishkill Provisions was offering a limited run of NYK sprinkles (this past weekend only) for those wanting to show their Knicks pride as an ice cream topping.

Roma Deli entered the chat, whipping up NY Knicks themed cookie sandwiches with the blue and orange sprinkles, and for the Italian-loving Knicks fans, their orange and blue crafted cannolis.
Watch Parties & NYK Themed Trains
Newburgh Brewing Company understood the assignment, hosting Knicks watch parties throughout the series complete with signature rally towels to raise at 'Newburgh Square Garden.' They collaborated with all sorts of local businesses and organizations including Big Knick Energy - did you see pyro in the taproom? I sure did.
They're even working with Big Knick Energy to sponsor a shuttle bus to the canyon of heroes for Thursday's parade.
Finally, Metro North Railroad joined in on the action, with the Knicks Lights Train running on various East of Hudson line tracks on game nights. Did you get to see the blue and orange glow in person?

After 53 years of waiting, I have a feeling that the celebrations are FAR from over.
