World Emoji Day Celebrates with New Emoji’s, Here’s a Few
World Emoji Day (proof that we as humans will make a party out of anything) takes place on National Hot Dog Day July 17, 2019. World Emoji Day might be lesser known than other days that share the same date, but this one might have more universal appeal.
To mark the day, Apple & Android, will be adding more emojis to their messaging platforms. Here are a few of the new emojis that will be added to the 59 new emojis that will be available this fall:
- Flamingo
- Sloth
- Hearing Aid
- One-Piece Swimsuit
- Wheelchair
- Yo-Yo
- Garlic Bulb
- Holding Hands
The above are just a few. The ones we are looking forward to the most? The Sloth, Waffles and the Orangutan. Now of course, everyone just has to wait for the update.
